Our Customer Service Department is aware of your needs and places them at the center of its daily activities. Whenever necessary, our team of repair technicians will make sure that everything are carried out with exceptional turnaround times. In order to excel at their duties, all our technicians are accredited by the National Bed Institute.

Rotec International also offers a complete range of training programs for its customers. This training is carried out in collaboration with the National Bed Institute. Our objective is to make sure that our customers have all the tools they need to make their sales efforts successful.

With a strategically-placed network of warehouses, Rotec International offers the flexibility needed to deliver its products quickly and efficiently.

Moreover, our Marketing Department works tirelessly to back our customers efforts with such material as quarterly news bulletins, promotional material, and programs adapted to the customers needs.
